S. C. §§ 154( i), 310( d), and sections 0.331 and 22.942 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.331, 22.942, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (“ Bureau”) grants the request of Michael de León Hawthorne, Trustee, to extend for 180 days the duration of the wireless asset divestiture trust involving disposition of a minority equity interest in Madison SMSA Limited Partnership formerly held by Chorus Communications, Inc. (“ Chorus”). No comments were filed in response to the public notice of the Trustee’s request for extension. See Michael de León Hawthorne, Trustee, Seeks Extension of Wireless Assets Trust, Public Notice, DA 02- 1380 (WTB, rel. Feb. 19, 2002). The Bureau finds that extending the trust under these circumstances serves the public interest and grants the extension through Tuesday, September 3, 2002. Pursuant to section 1.103 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.103, the consent granted herein is effective upon release of this Public Notice.
