(SBC) filed an addendum to clarify its petition requesting approval of certain local access and transport area (LATA) boundary modifications in Ohio. The clarification states that, as required by the SBC/ Ameritech merger stipulation, SBC is to provide competitive local exchange service in four market areas of Ohio that are served by non- Ameritech incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs). The markets proposed to be served are: Delaware, Cincinnati, Lebanon/ Mason, and Hudson/ Twinsburg. The clarification states that LATA boundary modifications are needed for Cincinnati and Hudson/ Twinsburg, but not for Delaware and Lebanon/ Mason because the calling scope of the incumbent LEC in the latter two exchanges does not cross LATA boundaries. The clarification also lists the communities to be served in the respective exchanges and includes maps. Interested parties may file comments concerning this addendum on or before March 19, 2002 and reply comments on or before March 26, 2002. All filings must reference File No. NSD- L- 00- 25 and should be sent to William Caton, Acting Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, TW-A325, 445 12th Street, S. W., Washington, D. C. 20554.
