 ERRATUM 
 By  the  Chief,  Enforcement  Bureau  Released:  April  12,  2002 


 1.  On  February  6,  2002,  the  Enforcement  Bureau  released  a  Notice  Of  Apparent  Liability  For  Forfeiture  (“  NAL”)  to  Entercom  New  Orleans  License,  LLC  (“  Entercom”)  in  the  above-  captioned  matter, 
 proposing  a  $4,000  forfeiture  for  Entercom’s  apparently  willful  violation  of  Section  73.1206  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  The  Adoption  and  Release  dates  stated  in  the  NAL  mistakenly  indicated  that  the 
 document  was  adopted  and  released  in  2001.  This  Erratum  corrects  the  NAL  to  state  that  the  notice  was  adopted  and  released  in  2002.  Consequently,  the  NAL  is  hereby  amended  to  state  that  it  was  Adopted: 
 February  5,  2002  and  Released:  February  6,  2002.
