 ERRATUM 
 On  April  24,  2002,  the  International  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  02-  951,  entitled  “Lockheed  Martin/  COMSAT  and  Intelsat  Seek  FCC  Consent  to  Assign  Licenses  and  Section
