 This  erratum  amends  the  Public  Notice,  “Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  Seeks  Comment  on  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling  that  Amendments  to  Anne  Arundel  County,  Maryland  Zoning 
 Ordinance  are  Preempted  as  Impermissible  Regulation  of  Radio  Frequency  Interference  Reserved  Exclusively  to  the  Federal  Communications  Commission”,  DA  02-  1044,  released  on  May  7,  2002.  1  The 
 Public  Notice  is  amended  to  change  the  date  for  filing  comments  in  paragraph  3  first  sentence  of  the  text,  from  June  7,  2002  to  June  10,  2002,  to  reflect  the  same  date  for  filing  comments  as  listed  at  the  top  of  the 
 page.  The  date  for  filing  reply  comments  of  June  25,  2002  remains  unchanged.
