 This  erratum  corrects  the  Report  and  Order  in  this  proceeding  released  on  May  14,  2002,  FCC  02-  134.  In  Paragraph  75  of  the  Report  and  Order,  the  Commission  said  that  it  was  adopting  a  suggestion  to  include  a 
 note  in  Section  25.216  of  the  Commission’s  rules  cross-  referencing  Sections  25.202(  f)  and  25.213(  a)(  1).  Instead  of  referring  to  Section  25.213(  a)(  1),  however,  the  corresponding  note  in  the  rule-  change  appendix 
 erroneously  mentions  Section  25.143(  a).  We  are  therefore  amending  the  note  to  Section  25.216  to  read  as  follows:
