 On  June  13,  2002,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  in  CC  Docket  No.  96-  45  (DA  02-  1409)  announcing  the  third  quarter  2002  universal  service 
 contribution  factor.  This  erratum  corrects  the  following  error  in  footnote  3:
