In the Memorandum Opinion and Order (“ MO& O”) released on June 14, 2002, 1 the Commission inadvertently failed to include a clause making its order effective immediately upon release. Accordingly, this erratum makes the following corrections to the MO& O. These corrections will be incorporated in the text of the MO& O published in the FCC Record and the summary of the MO& O published in the Federal Register. 2. On page 26, paragraph 58, the text of the paragraph is revised to read as follows: “IT IS ORDERED on our own motion that, pursuant to sections 1.106 and 1.108 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 1.106, 1.108, the eligibility to apply for new services in the Lower 700 MHz Band is modified to the extent indicated above in Section III. A. 3.” 3. On page 26, a new paragraph 59 is added to read as follows: “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these determinations WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE immediately upon release of this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
