On June 28, 2002, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released an Order in the above captioned proceeding. 1 The Order granted certain petitions, in their entirety or in part, requesting waivers or extensions of the Commission’s June 30, 2002 deadline by which all digital wireless service providers must have been capable of transmitting 911 calls made using text telephone devices. 2 The list of waiver requests granted in Appendix A did not accurately reflect the service areas that would be affected by the waivers. 2. Specifically, in Appendix A, the list of service areas affected by Qwest Wireless, LLC and TW Wireless LLC’s waiver should include Broadwater County, Montana, and not Broadwater County, Minnesota.
