 Correction  to  Erratum  of  Report  No.  2549  released  August  15,  2002,  correct  Report  Number  is  2569 


 On  August  13,  2002,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2569  listing  a  Petition  for  Reconsideration  of  Action  in  Rulemaking  Proceeding  in  CC  Docket 
 No.  94-  102.  The  petition  filed  by  Megan  L.  Campbell  for  Alliance  for  Telecommunication  Industry  Solutions  on  June  12,  2002,  had  been  the  subject  of  an  earlier  public  notice 
 released  July  3,  2002  (DA  02-  1575)(  67  FR  46909),  which  established  the  period  to  file  oppositions  and  reply  thereto  as  August  2,  2002,  and  August  19,  2002  respectively. 
 Therefore,  the  Alliance  for  Telecommunication  Industry  Solutions  petition  is  hereby  removed  from  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2549,  and  no  addition  time  is  afforded 
 due  to  the  release  of  this  Erratum.
