BUREAU SUBJECT 1 MEDIA TITLE: 2002 Biennial Regulatory Review -- Review of the Commission’s Broadcast Ownership Rules and Other Rules Adopted Pursuant to Section 202 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning its media ownership rules pursuant to Section 202( h) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. 2 CONSUMER & GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS TITLE: Rules and Regulations Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (CC Docket No. 92- 90).
