Abernathy announced today that her Senior Legal Advisor, Bryan Tramont, will soon depart her staff to join FCC Chairman Michael Powell as his Senior Legal Advisor. "This is a tremendous opportunity for Bryan. While I will miss his counsel, I have been fortunate to have had Bryan on my team since the beginning of my tenure at the Commission.
