S2113 SAT- AMD- 20020828- 00160 E On August 8, 2000, Constellation Communications Holdings, Inc. filed a request pursuant to Section 1.3 and Section 25.117( e) of the Commission's Rules, for a limited waiver of the milestones specified in Constellation’s authorization to construct, launch and operate a mobile satellite system in frequencies above 1 GHz. That Limited Waiver Request remains pending before the Commission. On August 29, 2001, Constellation filed an amendment to the Limited Waiver Request asking that the Commission specify different milestones than those asked for in the Limited Waiver Request.
