Intelsat is seeking authority to operate the INTELSAT 805 satellite in the 12.7- 12.75 GHz frequency band for the provision of fixed- satellite service on a non- harmful interference basis between non- U. S. points. Modification INTELSAT LLC S2388 SAT- MOD- 20020923- 00177 P Intelsat LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 702 satellite. Intelsat is seeking authority to relocate INTELSAT 702 from 176.0º E. L to 85.15º E. L. Intelsat plans to start drifting INTELSAT 702 toward 85.15º E. L in November/ December 2002 and have the satellite on- station at that location in December 2002/ January 2003. Petition for Declaratory Ruling New Skies Satellites NV SAT- PDR- 20020930- 00179 P New Skies Satellite, N. V. has filed a request to revise the Permitted Space Station List to reflect the relocation of the NSS- 7 satellite. The NSS- 7 satellite is operating at 21.5 degrees W. L. and will be relocated to 22 degrees W. L. Therefore, New Skies asks that NSS- 7's entry on the permitted list be revised to reflect the new location. NSS- 7 will continue to provide Fixed- Satellite Service, exclude FSS Direct- to- Home services to, from and within the United States in the 3700- 4200/ 5925- 6425 MHz and the 11.7- 12.2/ 14.0- 14.5 GHz frequency bands from 22 degrees W. L. In addition, New Skies requests that earth stations be authorized to provide FSS services by accessing the NSS- 7 satellite during its period of migration from 21.5 degrees W. L. to 22 degrees W.
