 The  applications  listed  below  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  the  application  is  not  in

 INTELSAT  LLC  has  filed  a  second  amendment  to  its  application  for  modification  of  the  INTELSAT  602  authorization.  In  its 
 modification  application,  INTELSAT  sought  authority  to  relocate  this  satellite  from  62.0º  E.  L.  to  64.0º  E.  L.  rather  than  at  33.0º 
 E.  L.  (See  File  No.  SAT-  MOD-  20011221-  00141).  INTELSAT  filed  an  amendment  to  the  modification  application  seeking  authority 
 to  relocate  the  satellite  to  64.25º  E.  L.  rather  than  64.0º  E.  L.  (See  File  No.  SAT-  AMD-  20020315-  00039) 


 By  this  amendment,  INTELSAT  is  seeking  authority  to  relocate  this  satellite  to  32.9º  E.  L.

 INTELSAT  LLC  has  filed  an  amendment  to  its  application  for  modification  of  the  INTELSAT  601  authorization.  In  its  modification 
 application,  INTELSAT  sought  authority  to  operate  this  satellite  at  32.9º  E.  L.  rather  than  at  33.0º  E.  L.  (See  File  No. 
 SAT-  MOD-  20020813-  00151)  By  this  amendment,  INTELSAT  seeks  authority  to  relocate  the  INTELSAT  601  satellite  from  33.0º 
 E.  L.  to  64.25º  E.  L.  rather  than  32.9º  E.  L.

 Sirius  Satellite  Radio,  Inc.,  the  parent  company  of  Satellite  CD  Radio,  Inc.  (a  satellite  digital  audio  radio  service  licensee),  has  filed  an 
 application  for  transfer  of  control  form  the  current  stockholders  of  Sirius  to  Sirius's  creditors,  none  of  which  will  have  a  controlling 
 interest.  This  transfer  of  control  will  result  from  a  financial  restructuring  of  Sirius's  outstanding  indebtedness  and  equity,  which  will 
 reduce  the  company's  cash  flow  and  operating  expenses.
