 WILLIAM  H.  DAVENPORT  NAMED  ASSISTANT  CHIEF  OF  ENFORCEMENT  BUREAU’S  INVESTIGATIONS  AND  HEARINGS  DIVISION 
 William  H.  Davenport  has  been  named  Assistant  Chief  of  the  Enforcement  Bureau’s  Investigations  and  Hearings  Division  (IHD). 
 Mr.  Davenport  previously  served  as  Legal  Advisor  on  common  carrier  issues  to  the  Chief  of  the  Enforcement  Bureau,  and  prior  to  that,  served  as  a  staff  attorney  in  the 
 Enforcement  Bureau’s  Market  Disputes  Resolution  Division  (MDRD). 
 Before  joining  the  Commission,  Mr.  Davenport  was  an  associate  at  the  firm  of  Preston  Gates  Ellis  &  Rouvelas  Meeds  LLP  in  Washington,  D.  C.  Mr.  Davenport 
 received  a  B.  A.  from  Northwestern  University  and  a  J.  D.  from  the  University  of  Pennsylvania.
