 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Public  Safety  and  Private  Wireless  Division,  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau: 
 1.  On  December  5,  2002,  the  Acting  Chief,  Public  Safety  and  Private  Wireless  Division  released  an  Order  (DA  02-  3371)  extending  the  time  to  respond  to  the  BLS  License  Inventory  Public 
 Notice  by  forty-  five  days.  The  Order  erroneously  listed  the  new  response  date  as  January  21,  2003.  In  fact,  the  new  response  date  is  February  3,  2003.  Therefore,  all  references  to  “January  21,  2003”  in  the 
 Order  are  corrected  to  read  “February  3,  2003.” 
 2.  In  addition,  footnote  6  of  the  Order  is  corrected  to  read  as  follows: 
 Given  that  the  forty-  fifth  day  is  a  Sunday,  we  will  extend  the  filing  deadline  to  the  next  business  day,  Monday,  February  3,  2003. 


 3.  This  action  is  taken  under  delegated  authority  pursuant  to  Sections  0.131  and  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.131,  0.331.
