 ERRATUM 
 Released:  December  9,  2002 
 1.  On  November  8,  2002,  a  Report  and  Order  (“  R&  O”)  1  ,  DA  02-  3087,  was  released  in  this  proceeding,  allotting  Channel  235C3  at  Snyder,  Texas,  as  requested  by  Charles  Crawford.  In  response  to 
 a  counterproposal  filed  by  21  st  Century  Radio  Venture,  Inc.  and  Littlefield  Broadcasting,  the  R&  O  substituted  Channel  238C1  for  Channel  238C3  at  Littlefield,  Texas,  and  reallotted  the  channel  to 
 Wolfforth,  Texas.  To  accommodate  the  allotment  at  Wolfforth,  Station  KPER,  Hobbs,  New  Mexico  consented  to  the  relocation  of  its  transmitter  site. 


 2.  In  the  heading  of  the  R&  O,  the  rule  making  number  for  Snyder,  Texas,  was  incorrectly  listed.  We  amend  the  R&  O  to  show  RM  Number  10142  in  lieu  of  RM  Number  10406.
