 On  October  23,  2002,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  (DA  02-  2792)  announcing  the  release  of  the  FCC  Form  471  with  revised  instructions  for  calculating  a 
 libraries  discount  under  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service  support  mechanism.  The  Public  Notice  was  released  in  WC  Docket  No.  02-  60  and  this  errata  corrects  the  following  error 
 in  the  released  text: 
 1.  The  Docket  Number  shall  read:  “CC  Docket  No.  02-  6”.
