 On  November  1,  2002,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  (DA  02-  2954)  announcing  the  opening  of  the  Funding  Year  2003  window  for  applications  for  the 
 schools  and  libraries  universal  service  support  mechanism  and  the  release  of  the  FCC  Forms  470  and  471  and  the  accompanying  instructions.  The  Public  Notice  was  released  in  WC  Docket  No. 
 02-  60  and  this  errata  corrects  the  following  error  in  the  released  text: 
 1.  The  Docket  Number  shall  read:  “CC  Docket  No.  02-  6”.
