 Intelsat  LLC  has  filed  an  amendment  to  its  pending  modification  for  its  INTELSAT  702  satellite.  (See  File  No. 
 SAT-  MOD-  20020923-  00177)  In  its  modification  application,  Intelsat  sought  authority  to  relocate  its  INTELSAT  702  satellite  from 
 176.0º  E.  L  to  85.15º  E.  L.  With  this  Amendment,  Intelsat  seeks  authority  to  relocate  its  INTELSAT  702  satellite  from  176.0º  E.  L  to 
 156.9º  E.  L.,  rather  than  85.15º  E.  L.,  and  to  colocate  it  with  the  INTELSAT  604  satellite  which  operates  at  157º  E.  L.
