 The  applications  listed  herein  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  they  are  defective  and  not  in 
 conformance  with  the  Commission's  Rules  and  Regulations  and  its  Policies.  Final  action  will  not  be  taken  on  any  of  these  applications  earlier  than  30  days  following  the  date  of  this  notice.  47  U.  S.  C.  &  309(  b).  All  applications  accepted  for  filing

 Wildblue  Communications,  Inc.  has  filed  an  application  for  consent  to  a  transfer  of  control.  Wildblue  is  the  parent  company  of  WB 
 Holdings  1,  LLC,  a  wholly  owned  subsidiary,  which  holds  authorizations  to  operate  a  Ka-  band  satellite  system  consisting  of  two 
 satellites  and  10  transmit/  receive  earth  stations  that  will  operate  as  gateways.  (See  also  File  No.  SAT-  T/  C-  20021226-  00241.)  The 
 transaction  transfers  control  from  one  group  of  shareholders  to  a  different  group  of  shareholders  led  by  Liberty  Satellite,  LLC,  Inteslsat 
 USA  Sales  Corp.,  and  the  National  Rural  Telecommunications  Cooperative. 


 In  addition,  Wildblue  has  requested  the  Commission  to  specify  that  this  application  will  be  conducted  in  accordance  with  the  provisions 
 of  Section  1.1206  governing  permit-  but-  disclose  proceedings.  This  request  is  still  pending.
