 Released:  February  7,  2003 


 1.  On  January  31,  2003,  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  NPRM”),  DA  03-  192,  was  released  that  contained  the  caption  proceeding.  The  NPRM  proposed  Channel  237C3  in  lieu  of  Channel  237A  at  Apopka, 
 Florida,  reallotment  of  Channel  237C3  to  Maitland,  Florida,  and  modification  of  the  license  of  Station  WPYO(  FM),  accordingly.  Additionally,  the  NPRM  proposed  to  relocate  the  transmitter  site  of  Station 
 WXCV(  FM),  Homosassa  Springs,  Florida,  and  modify  the  license  for  Station  WXCV(  FM). 
 2.  The  reference  coordinates  for  Channel  237C3  at  Maitland  were  inadvertently  listed  as  28-  37-  39  NL  and  81-  13-  02  WL.  The  correct  reference  coordinates  for  Channel  237C3  at  Maitland  are  28-  39-  38  NL 
 and  81-  13-  02  WL.
