 On  February  7,  2003,  a  Public  Notice  in  CC  Docket  No.  96-  45  (FCC  03J-  1)  was  released  seeking  comment  on  certain  of  the  Commission’s  rules  relating  to  high-  cost  universal  service 
 support  and  the  eligible  telecommunications  carrier  designation  process.  This  errata  corrects  the  following  errors  in  the  released  document: 


 1.  In  the  first  sentence  of  paragraph  36,  replace  “120”  with  “90”  so  the  sentence  shall  read:  “Pursuant  to  sections  1.415  and  1.419  of  the  Commission’s 
 rules,  interested  parties  may  file  comments  60  days  from  publication  in  the  Federal  Register,  and  reply  comments  90  days  from  publication  in  the  Federal 
 Register.” 
 2.  At  the  end  of  the  text,  attach  Appendix  A,  which  was  inadvertently  omitted  from  the  released  document.  1
