Ms. Spivack has worked at the FCC since 1976. Most recently, she has served as Public Affairs Specialist in OMR and its predecessor, the Office of Public Affairs (OPA). From 1988 to 1994 she served as Assistant Chief of the News Media Division of OPA. Before joining the FCC, Ms. Spivack worked at the Federal Trade Commission. She received a B. S. in Business Administration from George Mason University, Fairfax, Va.
