 1.  On  March  11,  2003,  we  released  a  Public  Notice  seeking  comment  on  the  the  above-captioned  waiver  request.  By  this  Erratum,  we  correct  the  DA  number  of  the  Public  Notice  to  read  “03- 
 686,”  rather  than  “03-  386.” 
 2.  This  action  is  taken  under  delegated  authority  pursuant  to  Sections  0.131  and  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.131,  0.331.
