 By  the  Acting  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Consumer  &  Governmental  Affairs  Bureau: 
 On  February  28,  2003,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  03-  591)  granting  complaint  02-  S70650  for  the  unauthorized  change  of  Complainant’s  telecommunications  service.  Due  to  an 
 administrative  error,  this  Order  was  issued  against  AT&  T  Corporation  instead  of  Advantage  Telecommunications  Corp. 


 Accordingly,  the  February  28,  2003  order  is  amended  to  indicate  that  it  was  issued  against  Advantage. 
 FURTHER,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Order  is  effective  upon  release.
