 This  erratum  corrects  the  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding  released  on  April  8,  2003,  DA  03-  1102,  by  revising  the  first  sentence  of  paragraph  11  to  read  as  follows: 
 “In  forty  of  the  forty-  one  BTAs  in  which  Verizon  Wireless  currently  provides  service,  Northcoast  has  no  customers  and  is  engaged  in  no  marketing  efforts."
