 By  the  Chief,  Media  Bureau: 
 On  April  10,  2003,  the  Commission  released  the  Second  Report  &  Order,  FCC  03-  44,  in  this  proceeding.  Paragraph  48  of  that  document  contained  a  typographical  error,  and  failed  to  specify  an 
 effective  date  for  the  rules  revised  therein.  As  corrected,  Paragraph  48  should  read  as  follows: 
 48.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  the  authority  contained  in  sections  1,  2(  a),  4(  i),  303,  307,  and  309  of  the 
 Communications  Act,  as  amended,  47  U.  S.  C.  §§  151,  152(  a),  154(  i),  303,  307,  and  309,  this  Second  Report  &  Order  is  ADOPTED,  and  Parts  73  and 
 74  of  the  Commission’s  rules  ARE  AMENDED,  as  specified  in  Appendix  C,  effective  thirty  days  after  publication  in  the  Federal  Register. 


 The  Second  Report  &  Order  will  be  printed,  as  corrected  and  revised  in  this  Erratum,  in  the  Federal  Register.
