This erratum corrects the Notice of Proposed Rule Making and Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above- captioned proceeding released on April 2, 2003, FCC 03- 56 (“ MDS/ ITFS NPRM and MO& O).” These errors will be corrected prior to publication of the MDS/ ITFS NPRM and MO& O in the Federal Register and in the FCC Record. 2. The following corrections have been made: a. In Appendix B, the text for proposed rule 101.1403, “Service areas,” has been revised to read as follows: Most ITFS service areas are Basic Trading Areas (BTAs). BTAs are based on the Rand McNally 1992 Commercial Atlas & Marketing Guide, 123rd Edition, at pages 38- 39. The following are additional ITFS service areas in places where Rand McNally has not defined BTAs: American Samoa; Guam; Northern Mariana Islands; Mayaguez/ Aguadilla- Ponce, Puerto Rico; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the United States Virgin Islands. The Mayaguez/ Aguadilla- Ponce, PR, service area consists of 1 Federal Communications Commission 2 the following municipios: Adjuntas, Aguada, Aguadilla, Anasco, Arroyo, Cabo Rojo, Coamo, Guanica, Guayama, Guayanilla, Hormigueros, Isabela, Jayuya, Juana Diaz, Lajas, Las Marias, Maricao, Maunabo, Mayaguez, Moca, Patillas, Penuelas, Ponce, Quebradillas, Rincón, Sabana Grande, Salinas, San German, Santa Isabel, Villalba and Yauco. The San Juan service area consists of all other municipios in Puerto Rico. b. The heading, “D. Initial Paperwork Reduction Analysis,” following paragraph 253 has been revised to read, “D. Paperwork Reduction Analysis.” Paragraphs 254 and 255 have been revised to read as follows: This item proposes no new information collections. Paragraph 256 is renumbered to paragraph 255, and all subsequent paragraphs are renumbered accordingly. 3.
