 On  May  7,  2003,  the  International  Bureau  issued  an  Order  (DA  03-  1526)  in  the  above-captioned  proceeding.  Paragraph  39(  f)  is  corrected  to  read  as  follows: 


 f.  DBAC’s  DBS  and  DTH  operations  must  comply  with  all  rules  applicable  to  other  Commission  DBS/  DTH  licensees  (e.  g.,  the  public  interest  obligations
