 By  the  Acting  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Consumer  &  Governmental  Affairs  Bureau: 
 On  April  28,  2003,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  03-  1313)  alleging  slamming  by  Adelphia  Long  Distance.  Due  to  an  administrative  error,  the  April  28,  2003  order  listed  the  incorrect 
 release  date.  The  correct  release  date  for  DA  03-  1313  is  April  30,  2003. 
 Accordingly,  the  April  28,  2003  order  is  amended  to  reflect  the  correct  release  date  to  be  April  30,  2003. 


 FURTHER,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Order  is  effective  upon  release.
