ERRATUM 
ORDER 
On April 29, 2003, an order was issued (DA 03-1403)1 that addressed a complaint 
alleging slamming by Cox Communications, Inc. Due to an administrative error, the 
May 2, 2003 order, which referenced Cox Communications, Inc., should have instead 
referenced Cox Rhode Island Telcom, LLC which is a subsidiary of Cox Communications, Inc.
