ORDER 
On May 2, 2003, an order was issued (DA 03-1465)1 that addressed a complaint 
alleging slamming by American Communications Network, Inc. Due to an administrative error, 
the May 2, 2003 order, which referenced American Communications Network, Inc., should 
have instead referenced ACN Communication Services, Inc (ACN).
