 ORDER 
 Adopted:  May  29,  2003  Released:  May  30,  2003 
 By  the  Acting  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Consumer  &  Governmental  Affairs  Bureau: 
 On  May  15,  2003,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  03-  1661)  that  addressed  several  complaints  alleging  slamming  by  WorldCom,  Inc.  (WorldCom).  Due  to  an  administrative  error,  the  May  15, 
 2003  order  listed  IC  01-  S60077  and  IC  01-  S62946.  These  complaints  had  already  been  resolved  in  DA  03-  1507  and  DA  03-  1508  respectively. 


 Accordingly,  the  May  15,  2003  order  is  amended  to  reflect  the  removal  of  01-  S60077  and  IC  01-  S62946  from  DA  03-  1661. 
 FURTHER,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Order  is  effective  upon  release.
