On June 4, 2003, the Wireline Competition Bureau adopted and released a Memorandum Opinion and Order (DA 03-1889) which granted Verizon's petition for pricing flexibility for special access and dedicated transport services in various geographic markets. 2. By this Erratum, Appendix B of the Memorandum Opinion and Order is corrected to state that Verizon did not seek pricing flexibility for channel terminations to end users. Attached is a corrected copy of Appendix B. 3. This Erratum is issued pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 154(i) and the authority delegated by 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91 and 0.291.
