 Loral  SpaceCom  Corp.  has  filed  an  application  for  modification  of  its  authorization  to  launch  and  operate  the  Telstar  8  satellite.  Loral 
 is  seeking  authority  to  extend  the  construction  completion  and  launch  milestones  to  the  Second  Quarter  2004  and  Third  Quarter  2004, 
 respectively.

 Astrovision  International,  Inc.  S2418  SAT-  MOD-  20030528-  00094  E 


 AstroVision  International,  Inc.  has  filed  a  request  to  extend  the  milestones  for  its  authorized  two-  satellite  commercial  land 
 remote-  sensing  system.  Specifically,  AstroVision  requests  that  the  milestones  for  completing  construction  and  launching  its  two 
 satellites  be  extended  for  a  period  of  48  months  from  the  dates  specified  for  those  milestones  in  the  order  authorizing  AstroVision's 
 system.  AstroVision  proposes  to  launch  AVStar*  1  by  September  2007  and  AVStar*  2  by  December  2008.
