 By  the  Chief,  Video  Division: 
 1.  By  Report  and  Order  in  this  proceeding  (DA  03-  491),  released  February  27,  2003,  the  Commission  substituted  DTV  channel  9  for  DTV  59  for  station  WBPH-  TV,  Bethlehem, 
 Pennsylvania.  However,  DTV  channel  9  was  inadvertently  published  without  the  “c”  designation.  By  this  Erratum,  the  correct  DTV  channel  allotted  at  Bethlehem,  Pennsylvania,  for  station  WBPH-DT 
 should  read  9c.
