 On  July  7,  2003,  an  Erratum  in  CC  Docket  Nos.  96-  45  and  97-  21  was  released  correcting  and  error  that  was  released  in  an  Order  denying  Pajaro  Valley  Unified  School  District’s  Requests 
 for  Review  and  Waiver,  which  sought  review  of  two  decisions  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (DA  02-  2543).  The  July  7, 
 2003  Erratum  was  released  without  a  DA  number.  This  erratum  adds  the  DA  number:
