L., to the Commission’s Permitted Space Station List (Permitted List), with certain conditions. 1 The first footnote of the Order is corrected to read as follows: 1 The conventional Ku- band refers to frequencies in the 11.7- 12.2 GHz (space- to- Earth) and 14.0- 14.5 GHz (Earth- to- space) frequency bands. 2.
