In this application, L/ Q Licensee seeks authority to modify its currently- authorized 48- satellite NGSO constellation to a 40- satellite NGSO constellation. The modified constellation will have 40 satellites, in eight orbital planes, each with five satellites and an inclination angle of 52 degrees.
