 By  the  Chief,  Office  of  Engineering  and  Technology: 
 1.  The  Second  Report  and  Order  and  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order  (“  Order”)  in  this  proceeding,  FCC  03-  149,  released  July  17,  2003,  is  corrected  as  shown  below. 


 2.  In  paragraph  59  of  the  text  of  the  Order,  we  are  correcting  the  effective  date  of  the  rules  adopted  in  this  proceeding.  Specifically,  the  effective  date  is  changed  from  120  days  after  publication  in  the 
 Federal  Register  to  30  days  after  publication  in  the  Federal  Register. 
 3.  In  paragraph  19  of  Appendix  A  of  the  Order,  we  are  correcting  Section  15.225(  d)  to  read  “the  general  radiated  emission  limits  in  §  15.209,”  rather  than  “30  microvolts/  meter  at  30  meters.” 


 4.  This  action  is  taken  pursuant  to  authority  contained  in  Sections  0.31(  i)  and  0.241(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  regulations,  47  C.  F.  R  §§  0.31(  i)  and  0.241(  a).
