 Public  Notice,  Report  No.  SAT-  00167  (released  September  24,  2003),  included  a  notification  that  the  extenstion,  requested  by 
 Intelsat  North  America  LLC,  was  granted  and  set  out  the  dates  for  reponses  (September  30,  2003)  and  reply  comments  (October 
 10,  2003).  The  Public  Notice  omitted  the  underlying  applications.
