 1.  This  Erratum  corrects  the  Order  and  Authorization  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding  which  was  released  on  October  1,  2003. 


 2.  Paragraph  20  incorrectly  states  the  date  that  the  Special  Temporary  Authority  is  set  to  expire.  We  note  the  clerical  error  and  correct  it  by  substituting  “April  5,  2004”  in  place  of  “April  2,  2004” 
 in  the  ordering  clause  at  paragraph  20  of  the  Order  and  Authorization. 
 3.  This  correction  has  been  made  prior  to  publication  in  the  FCC  Record,  and  thus  will  be  incorporated  into  the  published  document.
