 By  the  Chief,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  (NPRM)  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding,  released  on  September  15,  2003,  FCC  03-  224,  is  corrected  as  indicated  in  this  Erratum. 


 2.  The  NPRM  improperly  states  that  it  contains  either  a  proposed  or  modified  information  collection.  Consequently,  we  make  the  following  corrections. 
 3.  Paragraph  152  of  the  NPRM  is  replaced  in  its  entirety  with  the  following  new  paragraph  152:  “This  NPRM  does  not  contain  proposed  or  modified  information  collection 
 requirements.” 
 4.  Paragraph  202  is  deleted  in  its  entirety. 
 5.  Paragraph  203  is  renumbered  as  paragraph  202. 
 6.  Paragraph  204  is  renumbered  as  paragraph  203. 
 7.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  the  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  in  the  above-captioned  proceeding  IS  AMENDED  as  set  forth  above.
