Specifically, Space Imaging urges the Commission to rule that applications for new or modified non- geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) satellite systems in the Earth Exploration Satellite Service (EESS) shall be processed under the first- come, first- served procedure applicable to geostationary satellite orbit- like (GSO- like) satellite systems and not under the modified processing round procedure applicable to NGSO- like systems.
