 1.  On  November  4,  2003,  the  Commission  released  a  Report  and  Order,  FCC  03-  269,  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  corrects  the  following  minor  errors: 


 (1)  In  paragraph  52  of  the  text,  third  line,  change  “1215-  1260  MHz”  to  “1215-  1300  MHz.” 
 (2)  In  paragraph  52  of  the  text,  sixth  line  from  the  bottom,  change  “1260-  1300  MHz”  to  “1240-  1300  MHz.” 


 (3)  In  Section  2.106  of  Appendix  B  for  the  band  420-  450  MHz,  delete  "US228"  from  the  Federal  and  non-  Federal  Government  Tables  of  Frequency  Allocations  on  page  35  of  the 
 Table  of  Frequency  Allocations. 
 (4)  In  Section  2.106  of  Appendix  B  for  the  bands  2500-  2655  MHz  and  2655-  2690  MHz,  delete  "US269"  from  the  Federal  and  non-  Federal  Government  Tables  of  Frequency  Allocations  on 


 pages  52  and  53  of  the  Table  of  Frequency  Allocations. 
 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Erratum  is  issued  pursuant  to  Section  0.241  of  the  Commission’s  rules  on  delegated  authority,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.241.
