On November 4, 2003, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 03- 269, in the above captioned proceeding. This erratum corrects the following minor errors: (1) In paragraph 52 of the text, third line, change “1215- 1260 MHz” to “1215- 1300 MHz.” (2) In paragraph 52 of the text, sixth line from the bottom, change “1260- 1300 MHz” to “1240- 1300 MHz.” (3) In Section 2.106 of Appendix B for the band 420- 450 MHz, delete "US228" from the Federal and non- Federal Government Tables of Frequency Allocations on page 35 of the Table of Frequency Allocations. (4) In Section 2.106 of Appendix B for the bands 2500- 2655 MHz and 2655- 2690 MHz, delete "US269" from the Federal and non- Federal Government Tables of Frequency Allocations on pages 52 and 53 of the Table of Frequency Allocations. 2.
