On November 4, 2003, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 03- 269, in the above captioned proceeding. This erratum corrects the following minor errors. In the last sentence of paragraph 76, change “December 178, 2001” to “December 18, 2001”. In Section 2.106 of Appendix B: (1) In the Federal Government Table on page 50 of the Table of Frequency Allocations (Table), change “2310- 2345” and “2345- 2360” to “2310- 2320” and “2320- 2345,” respectively.
