 1.  On  November  4,  2003,  the  Commission  released  a  Report  and  Order,  FCC  03-  269,  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  corrects  the  following  minor  errors.  In  the  last  sentence  of 


 paragraph  76,  change  “December  178,  2001”  to  “December  18,  2001”.  In  Section  2.106  of  Appendix  B: 
 (1)  In  the  Federal  Government  Table  on  page  50  of  the  Table  of  Frequency  Allocations  (Table),  change  “2310-  2345”  and  “2345-  2360”  to  “2310-  2320”  and  “2320-  2345,”  respectively. 


 (2)  In  the  United  States  Table  and  in  the  FCC  Rule  Part(  s)  column  on  page  50  of  the  Table  (last  cell),  change  “2345-  2450”  to  “2345-  2360.” 
 (3)  In  the  non-  Federal  Government  Table  on  page  54  of  the  Table,  change  “5.5427”  to  “5.427”  in  the  band  2900-  3100  MHz. 
 (4)  In  the  International  Table  on  page  55  of  the  Table,  remove  “5.437”  from  the  band  4200-  4400  MHz. 
 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Erratum  is  issued  pursuant  to  Section  0.241  of  the  Commission’s  rules  on  delegated  authority,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.241.
