Since coming to the Commission in 2001, Mr. Cody has been an Attorney- Advisor in the Office of Strategic Planning, serving as a Special Policy Advisor to the Chairman. “Jon has already made a tremendous contribution to the agency through his work in the OSP. His sharp intellect, strong policy background and sense of humor will be a great addition to my office. As my interim advisor, Jon has already demonstrated an ability to forge consensus and move the Commission’s agenda forward” stated Chairman Powell. Previously, Mr. Cody was an associate at the law firm Mintz Levin Cohen Ferris Glovsky & Popeo in Washington, DC. He earned his J. D. from the Catholic University's Columbus School of Law, and his B.
