 1.  The  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  in  this  proceeding  (DA  03-  3644),  released  November  14,  2003,  proposed  the  substitution  of  DTV  channel  44  for  DTV  channel  58  at  Fargo, 
 North  Dakota.  However,  the  rule  making  number  was  identified  incorrectly.  The  correct  rule  making  is  RM-  10699.  The  comment  and  reply  comment  period  remains  unchanged.
